Cooper’s Hawk Restaurant Opens in Naples

Cooper’s Hawk Winery and Restaurant (CH)

is as of this writing a chain of 22 Casual Dining restaurants but with a twist. All restaurants in the chain have a tasting room and the company makes it’s own private label wines, but more on that later.

I was part of a media tour that day to introduce our group to the restaurant, answer any of our questions, sample some of their more popular dishes, have a meet and greet with the restaurant’s founder, and sample some of the wines.
