Tax Forms for Owners
Every property owner must complete one of the following tax forms, depending on their residency:

This form is required for U.S. persons (citizens and residents). It allows StayWise Rentals to properly report rental income to the IRS and ensures compliance with federal tax regulations.

This form is required for non-U.S. persons. It declares that the income you earn from your U.S. property is effectively connected to a U.S. trade or business, so taxes can be reported correctly.
