Our love for Southwest Florida, nature, and real estate brought us here, and we’ve turned that passion into a business focused on high-quality vacation rentals and exceptional property management.

Hi, I’m Sebastian. Real estate has always been a passion of mine, which led me to earn my license in 2022 and join Compass Florida in 2024. Whether it’s buying, selling, or managing homes – I love working closely with people to help them find what they need.
I’m also the one who rolls up his sleeves. Need a repair? I’m already on it. From plumbing fixes to painting and beyond, I take pride in keeping every home in top shape for our owners and guests.

I’m Katharina – the organizational heart of StayWise. I manage the day-to-day operations, from scheduling cleanings and repairs to handling all communications, logistics, and behind-the-scenes details that make our service seamless.
For me, it’s all about making sure every home is cared for as if it were our own – and that every guest and homeowner feels truly supported.

You’ll find us outdoors, enjoying everything Florida has to offer – from kayaking through mangroves to relaxing on white sandy beaches. We’re also proud dog parents to three pups who love to tag along on our adventures.
